Moon-Moo (문무) honors the 30th King of the Silla Dynasty, who completed the unification of the Korean peninsula in 668 A.D. He requested to be buried in the Sea of Japan so that his spirit would transform into a dragon and protect Korea from coastal invasions. Its 61 movements represent the year 661 A.D. of his ascension to the throne. It is a 4th Dan Tul. It introduces the simultaneous double kick with both legs (sang ap chagi), the spinning block on the ground, and the meditation stance in transition. It is the second longest Tul in the Chang Hon system after So-San, requiring sustained cardiovascular endurance for more than five minutes.
